Define and implement data and AI platform strategy for web applications and services.
Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures on AWS using Databricks as the core platform.
Establish and enforce engineering standards and best practices across all domains.
Lead the design and optimization of batch and streaming data pipelines with Databricks.
Oversee development of RESTful APIs, microservices, and UI-driven applications.
Ensure alignment of platforms with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Integrate AI/ML tools and techniques into web and data platforms for enhanced capabilities.
What we're looking for
15+ years of experience in software and data engineering.
Expertise in Java and Python development for enterprise applications.
Proven leadership in designing cloud-native web applications on AWS.
Deep knowledge of large-scale data engineering and Databricks (Spark/PySpark).
Practical AI/ML implementation experience, including MLOps practices.
Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
