What you'll do

Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable application systems for the Margin Calculation Services and reporting platform.
Monitor and guide all phases of the software development lifecycle from analysis and design through testing and implementation.
Translate complex business requirements into well-architected technical solutions in partnership with project managers and stakeholders.
Analyze complex technical and business challenges to propose innovative solutions that enhance system functionality.
Provide user and operational support for applications to business users.
Proactively assess and manage technical risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and security measures.
Perform post-implementation analysis to ensure optimal system design and functionality.

What we're looking for

4-6 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong proficiency in Java, including core, collections, concurrency, streams, and TDD.
Experience with Spring framework (Core, Batch, Integration, MVC, Boot, Data), Hibernate, Jackson, JAX RS, and JPA.
Experience with Microservices architecture, RESTful API development, and distributed caches like Apache Gemfire (preferred).
Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and performance enhancements using parallel processing and multithreading.
Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Power Mock, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and SQL in Linux environments.
Working knowledge of agile methodologies and project management techniques.
