VP Security Guardian, Product Security

What you'll do

• Conduct security assessments using threat modeling and vulnerability analysis to identify design flaws.
• Design and recommend embedded security controls for system architectures in cloud environments.
• Validate the implementation of security controls with engineering teams to ensure effectiveness in production.
• Influence early-stage product development by reviewing architecture and code paths to build secure systems.
• Provide technical security guidance to senior leadership, translating complex principles into clear engineering decisions.
• Demonstrate expertise in advanced security domains like multi-cloud security and threat modeling.
• Embed security into agile environments through DevSecOps practices and automated testing.

What we're looking for

• At least 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience focusing on product and cloud security.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field required; CISSP, CISM certifications preferred.
• Deep expertise in at least three advanced security domains such as threat modeling, secure architecture, and cryptography.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams using an embedded security engagement model.
• Strong hands-on experience conducting security assessments and designing embedded security controls for cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
