What we're looking for

  • Proven ability to define product vision and build roadmaps for internal products.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or engineering roles, improving delivery outcomes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that changed how teams build and ship software.
  • Track record of introducing workflow tooling or standards reducing cycle time and rework.
  • Deep understanding of PDLC and SDLC failure modes and ability to improve developer experience.
