What you'll do

  • Own and manage the centralized intake process for W2 and Affiliate advisor product requests.
  • Develop and maintain a transparent product roadmap aligned with business outcomes.
  • Serve as Product Owner during PI planning, aligning scope and objectives with Technology and EPMO.
  • Define product requirements for advisor onboarding, office deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Establish standardized solutions to improve scalability and supportability of advisor tools and platforms.
  • Ensure integration of onboarding and enablement solutions with identity, access, email, and downstream systems.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and establish feedback loops to drive continuous product improvement.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or related field.
  • 5+ years managing end-to-end product delivery in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience owning and managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Proven track record serving as Product Owner in PI planning processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with financial services, wealth management, or advisor-facing platforms preferred.
