What you'll do

• Lead the transformation of Pharmacy technology into an AI-first, outcome-driven engine.
• Define a multi-year technology vision integrating AI, digital platforms, and core pharmacy systems.
• Reset team operating models from project-centric to outcome-oriented with clear ownership.
• Improve delivery predictability and engineering productivity across large, distributed teams.
• Drive execution by aligning organization design, funding, metrics, and incentives for Pharmacy outcomes.
• Maintain transparent total cost of ownership while reducing operational expenses year-over-year.
