  • Facilitate backlog decomposition sessions with tech teams to define requirements clearly.
  • Track and report product performance post-launch, evaluating future investment needs.
  • Develop OKRs to ensure team alignment on work purpose and cascade feedback effectively.

What we're looking for

  • 6-10 years of experience in agile environments with at least 3 years as a Product Owner.
  • Proven ability to lead and prioritize tasks for cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders and driving collaboration.
  • Experience creating complex SQL queries, understanding data requirements, and analyzing/validating data.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and other agile tools.
  • In-depth data analysis skills to synthesize findings and present insights.
  • SAFE Product Owner certification.
