The VP, Medicaid of Aetna Technology is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing technology solutions for Aetna’s Medicaid business. What we're looking for
Over 15 years of healthcare technology experience, including 7+ years leading complex engineering portfolios.
Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale platforms with cloud, API/microservices, and data platform expertise.
Deep understanding of Medicaid domain, claims processing, care management, interoperability standards, and HIPAA compliance.
Strong financial stewardship skills, vendor management experience, and a history of successful multi-year modernization programs.
Excellent executive communication and cross-functional influence with state agencies and senior business partners.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions for operational optimization and technology roadmap development.
