What you'll do

  • Produce data-driven responses for institutional RFPs and due diligence inquiries.

  • Manage delivery against service-level timelines by maintaining implementation dashboards and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Identify and escalate investment and operational risks through monitoring key indicators and documenting action plans.

What we're looking for

  • 3-6 years of experience with institutional investor clients
  • BA/BS degree required; CFA and/or MBA preferred
  • SIE, Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 licenses required or ability to obtain within 3-6 months
  • Strong analytical skills for investment and portfolio analytics
  • Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, relational databases, and AI/ML tools
  • Experience with wealth/asset management and equities and options preferred
