What you'll do

  • Produce data-driven responses for institutional RFPs and due diligence inquiries.
  • Build and manage bespoke analytics applications, including Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Improve client documentation lifecycle by implementing controls and tracking metrics.
  • Conduct product setup research and validate inputs in internal systems using SQL/Python.
  • Develop investment materials for proposals and reviews with performance and risk analysis.
  • Manage delivery against service-level timelines and coordinate issue resolution effectively.
  • Identify and escalate investment and operational risks, ensuring timely resolution.

What we're looking for

  • 3-6 years of experience with institutional investor clients
  • BA/BS degree required; CFA and/or MBA preferred
  • SIE, Series 7 and 66, or 63/65 licenses required or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Strong analytical skills for investment and portfolio analytics
  • Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, relational databases, and AI/ML tools
  • Experience with wealth/asset management and equities and options preferred
