Vice President, IAM, Technology Risk Officer

What you'll do

• Identify, triage, rank, and remediate risks within the Business Unit.
• Provide risk-based input to shape the BU’s technology strategy.
• Escalate BU risks with broader impact to appropriate oversight groups.
• Measure and challenge BUs on their performance in risk management.
• Work collaboratively with other TROs to identify cross-BU risk mitigation opportunities.
• Guide team members during internal and external audit engagements.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 6+ years of experience driving complex projects across multiple disciplines.
• Proven ability to coordinate work and build consensus across organizational lines.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate business requirements into project plans.
• Experience managing client expectations and communicating effectively at all levels.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles preferred.
• Technical background in application development or technology infrastructure beneficial.
