What you'll do
- Perform independent assessment of Cybersecurity risks in CIB Technology.
- Manage identified operational risks using the firm’s Operational Risk Management Framework.
- Conduct testing and monitoring to identify control gaps in operational risk management.
- Develop or challenge KPIs/KRIs related to cybersecurity risks through effective monitoring.
- Partner with internal teams to advise on thematic monitoring and testing deficiencies.
- Understand key processes and controls within CIB Technology infrastructure and applications.
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives to analyze the impact of technology changes.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure/application architecture.
- 5+ years in a senior technology role (engineering, operations, or strategic planning).
- Extensive cybersecurity risk management experience.
- Ability to understand complex technical systems and business processes.
- Proven leadership skills with influence at senior levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior audiences.
