What you'll do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to CRO and GTM leadership on operational plans.

  • Develop and manage the GTM Operations roadmap to maximize sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee end-to-end GTM process optimization for customer lifecycle efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing operations teams across Sales, Partner, XDR, and Customer Success.
  • Manage forecasting processes with Finance and GTM leadership to ensure accuracy and predictability.

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of experience in Sales Operations or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record leading large multi-functional operations teams with over 5 years of management experience.
  • Strategic partnership and advisory role to C-level executives, driving significant revenue efficiency.
  • Expertise in GTM planning, partner/channel operations, xDR operations, territory design, quota setting, and sales process optimization.
  • Mastery of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and understanding of the broader sales technology ecosystem.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior leaders across different functions.
