What you'll do

Develop and implement observability solutions to monitor system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Oversee the development and maintenance of internal observability tools and platforms.
Create and enhance platform libraries and infrastructure to capture telemetry from Aladdin applications.
Design and enhance dashboards and alerts for application monitoring and troubleshooting.
Remove roadblocks for development teams to increase adoption and maturity of observability implementations.
Partner with observability vendors to evaluate new features and maintain existing services.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Five years of experience in the job offered or as an Application Engineer, Associate, Analyst, or related role.
Five years of experience with software engineering in an enterprise environment.
Five years of experience with Java, Python, and Go.
Five years of experience with Kubernetes, Azure Cloud, and AWS.
Five years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps.
Five years of experience with databases including Sybase and MSSQL.
Five years of experience with observability platforms including Grafana and Splunk, and PromQL.
Four years of experience with OpenTelemetry agents and collector.
Four years of experience with TraceQL and LogQL.
Four years of experience with data platforms including Snowflake.
