As a Vendor Specialist in Facilities Operations at Oracle, you will manage vendor processes throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding and performance tracking to issue resolution and compliance follow-up. This individual contributor role involves close collaboration with Site Operations, Facilities Managers, Service Managers, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams to enhance vendor performance and ensure service continuity in mission-critical data center environments. You will track vendor adherence to SLAs and KPIs, coordinate issue resolution across functions, and support risk assessments and business continuity planning. Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years of experience in vendor management within regulated or uptime-sensitive sectors, along with strong contract and commercial awareness. Proficiency in contract management systems, reporting tools, and enterprise workflow platforms is preferred, as well as familiarity with safety, compliance, and risk-management practices.
