The Veeva Commercial Content Delivery Lead joins the Salesforce practice to lead executive workshops, transformation strategies, and program delivery for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations. This role focuses on transforming the content supply chain by defining strategies for modular authoring, DAM, MLR review, and omnichannel distribution. The individual will design integrated architectures and implement generative AI and agentic workflows to improve speed, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key technical requirements include hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, Vault Medical/MedComms, Veeva CRM, Adobe Experience Manager, and various data and analytics platforms. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams while overseeing complex migrations and developing consulting offerings. This role solves critical business problems regarding content lifecycle management and regulatory compliance within the life sciences domain by integrating advanced technology with scalable, high-performing solution architectures.
Implement generative AI and agentic workflows to automate content planning, authoring, and quality assurance processes.
Manage the end-to-end content supply chain including modular authoring, DAM, and regulatory compliance.
Direct global delivery programs involving data migration, system integration, risk management, and user adoption.
Lead multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams across engineering, data, and change management functions.
Develop business development assets including proposals, RFP responses, and new consulting offerings.
Build and maintain strategic alliance relationships to support joint go-to-market initiatives.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Life Sciences consulting, commercial operations, technology, or digital transformation.
Minimum of 8 years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations.
Minimum of 5 years of knowledge regarding the commercial content lifecycle and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager, DAM, CRM, or comparable enterprise platforms.
Minimum of 8 years of experience leading solution architecture across integrated platforms and managing large, multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive communication, client relationship management, proposal development, and business development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience required if holding an Associate's Degree).
Experience with generative AI, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows for marketing or content operations (preferred).
