What you'll do

Design and implement complex Citrix XenDesktop and NetScaler solutions in large enterprise environments.
Engineer Microsoft infrastructure solutions, including Azure Virtual Desktop, to support hybrid cloud deployments.
Provide Tier 3+ technical support for VDI issues, conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Ensure ATO compliance by engineering, implementing, and tuning VDI management software.
Manage Citrix products such as Virtual Apps, Virtual Desktops, ADC, and Provisioning services.
Execute scripting tasks in PowerShell or Python to automate VDI environment operations.

What we're looking for

Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph
At least 10 years of experience in engineering desktop application packaging and deployment technologies
Expertise in Citrix XenDesktop, NetScaler, and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop solutions
Proficiency with Windows 10/11 Standard Operating Environment (SOE), imaging, and evergreen practices
Knowledge of cloud, networking, and enterprise architectures including SQL Clustering Failover
Hands-on experience with Remote Desktop Services on Windows Server 2019/2022
Ability to deploy Azure Virtual Desktop on Windows Server 2019/2022
