What you'll do

Lead and coordinate multiple agile development teams in VMs, containers, and serverless environments.
Define and own the DevSecOps roadmap, standards, and best practices for the organization.
Architect and oversee implementation of CI/CD pipelines supporting diverse applications and technologies.
Ensure security is integrated throughout the delivery lifecycle using SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, and secrets management.
Mentor and coach engineers on DevSecOps, agile delivery, and automation best practices.
Embed Zero Trust Architecture policies into pipeline and platform configurations.
Optimize build and deployment performance, reliability, and observability.

What we're looking for

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
10+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or platform engineering roles
3+ years of leadership experience managing multiple agile teams
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and automated security testing
Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
