What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate multiple agile development teams in VMs, containers, and serverless environments.
  • Define and own the DevSecOps roadmap, standards, and best practices for the organization.
  • Architect and oversee implementation of CI/CD pipelines supporting diverse applications and technologies.
  • Ensure security is integrated throughout the delivery lifecycle using SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, and secrets management.
  • Mentor and coach engineers on DevSecOps, agile delivery, and automation best practices.
  • Embed Zero Trust Architecture policies into pipeline and platform configurations.
  • Optimize build and deployment performance, reliability, and observability.

What we're looking for

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or platform engineering roles
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing multiple agile teams
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and automated security testing
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
