UX Accessibility Consultant

What you'll do

• Apply knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA requirements to create accessible digital experiences.
• Provide accessibility guidance during the discovery, design, development, and testing phases.
• Review designs and implemented experiences to identify and resolve accessibility barriers.
• Conduct manual accessibility evaluations using assistive technologies and testing tools.
• Document findings and support teams in resolving issues before product launches.
• Independently manage assigned product areas while growing expertise through collaboration.

What we're looking for

• Professional experience in digital accessibility and application of WCAG 2.2 AA requirements.
• Hands-on experience evaluating digital experiences for accessibility using assistive technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including manual testing techniques and tool usage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for documenting findings and recommendations.
• Initiative and versatility to manage multiple priorities and changing project requirements.
• Understanding of accessibility integration throughout the software development lifecycle.
