What you'll do

  • Provide expert guidance on UX design direction and strategy.
  • Create detailed UI/UX research plans and deliver outcomes for each use case.

  • Develop dynamic forms and complex UI components with rich cards and drag & drop features.
  • Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and refine designs continuously.

What we're looking for

  • At least 9 years of professional UI/UX design experience in user-focused environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Tailwind, ReactJS, and other front-end technologies.
  • Extensive hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting usability testing.
  • Strong expertise in UX design principles, including user research, personas, journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate innovative solutions for complex design problems and maintain design standards.
  • Detailed knowledge of Section 508 requirements and experience designing accessible interfaces.
