What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related area and 5 years of relevant experience.
Possess 7 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, or product management.
Demonstrate proven expertise in program and project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
Maintain strong technical knowledge of system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software lifecycle management.
Exhibit the ability to translate product requirements into detailed technical designs for cross-functional engineering teams.
Possess excellent communication skills to convey complex information and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
Demonstrate leadership in mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement through innovative tools and methodologies.
Certification in Project Management (preferred).
Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or a related area and 3 years of experience in product design (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
