What we're looking for

Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Strong technical acumen in object-oriented programming, API design, and platform development.
Expertise in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex production issues.
Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and automation scripting.
Experience mentoring and guiding small engineering teams, including offshore associates.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area (preferred).
