What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, possess 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Demonstrate extensive experience in software development with proficiency in Scala, Python, and Java (preferred).
Show strong expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices.
Demonstrate skills in AI/ML integration and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
Possess a solid understanding of platform design, product strategy, and technical leadership in scalable, secure software solutions.
Experience mentoring peers and fostering continuous learning within engineering teams.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
