What you'll do

  • Lead the development and execution of complex technical programs aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Define and implement program frameworks to optimize resource utilization and eliminate redundancies.
  • Oversee system design and architecture decisions to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Build consensus with stakeholders on business and technology solutions and performance challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating automation and industry best practices.
  • Manage and mentor team members on technical and program management practices.
  • Communicate program status and risks effectively to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related area and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have 10 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or a related area.
  • Must have extensive experience in program and project management, including the development and implementation of complex, large-scale strategic programs.
  • Must possess strong technical expertise in system design, architecture, cloud infrastructure, and software lifecycle management.
  • Must have proven leadership skills to influence and align stakeholders across multiple teams and executive levels.
  • Must be proficient in risk management, resource optimization, and financial oversight within program lifecycles.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights and unify teams around shared goals.
  • Certification in Project Management (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or a related area and 6 years of experience in product design (preferred).
  • Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
