What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 5 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Experience leading platform engineering teams and managing full software development lifecycles across multiple projects.
Proven ability to oversee AI/ML system integration with scalable and secure architectural alignment.
Expertise in software architecture, full-stack application development, and managing large-scale applications with data acumen.
Proficiency in mentoring engineers, stakeholder management, and aligning technical initiatives with business goals.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
