Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area and 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Experience with enterprise-scale architectures, distributed systems, APIs, cloud technologies, DevOps, and CI/CD.
Strong people leadership experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with Product, Business, and Engineering leaders.
Proficiency in project management, milestone tracking, and capacity planning.
Experience with AI/GenAI-enabled CRM or Customer Care solutions (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
