What we're looking for
PhD or Master’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience building optimization/operations research algorithms and machine learning models for supply chain and logistics applications.
8+ years of experience in mathematics optimization, such as linear programming and nonlinear optimization.
Extensive experience in data science with strong proficiency in Python, CPLEX, R, and SQL programming languages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
Proven ability to lead and manage data science projects using operations research and applied science principles.
Experience in publications at top-tier conferences or journals (preferred).
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R (preferred).
