What you'll do

Design and deliver production-scale computer vision solutions for detection, classification, tracking, and video understanding.
Develop end-to-end pipelines for data collection, labeling, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Optimize inference, latency, cost, and edge/cloud deployment in partnership with Engineering teams.
Establish reusable computer vision frameworks and evaluation standards across the Global Governance domain.
Translate complex business problems into measurable technical solutions for security, compliance, and safety.
Support responsible AI and privacy requirements for all developed vision systems.
Mentor other scientists and contribute to the technical direction of the Global Governance team.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5 years of experience in an analytics related field.
Option 2: Master's degree in a quantitative field and 3 years of experience in an analytics related field.
Option 3: 7 years of experience in an analytics or related field.
Deep expertise in computer vision, deep learning, and applied machine learning with experience building production vision systems.
Strong knowledge of vision architectures, video analytics, object detection, tracking, segmentation, and multimodal models.
Experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, large-scale data pipelines, model serving, and MLOps.
PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics (preferred).
Successful completion of assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R (preferred).
