What you'll do

Partner with HR stakeholders to identify high-leverage workflows for AI transformation.
Design, build, and ship production AI systems including agentic workflows and LLM applications.
Translate ambiguous business problems into working prototypes and durable production solutions.
Build evaluation frameworks to measure model and system performance against real business outcomes.
Write production-grade code and establish engineering practices for scaled AI deployment.
Mentor team members on AI engineering, system design, and applied research methods.
Ensure responsible AI practices, data governance, and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5 years of experience in an analytics related field.
Option 2: Master's degree in a quantitative field and 3 years of experience in an analytics related field.
Option 3: 7 years of experience in an analytics or related field.
Extensive experience building and deploying production AI systems, including LLM applications or agentic workflows.
Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python and modern AI tooling and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with evaluation methods for AI systems, including offline and online testing approaches.
Working knowledge of data engineering, SQL, and database technologies supporting production AI.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into shipped solutions with non-technical stakeholders.
Data science, machine learning, optimization models, or a PhD in a related field (preferred).
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R (preferred).
Experience using open source frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Torch (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
