What we're looking for

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience, or 7 years of experience in an analytics field.
Extensive experience is required for building and deploying production AI systems, including LLM applications and agentic workflows.
Proficiency in Python and modern AI tooling and frameworks is required.
Experience with evaluation methods for AI systems, including both offline and online testing approaches, is required.
Working knowledge of data engineering, SQL, and database technologies supporting production AI is required.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders is required.
A track record of moving quickly from prototype to production while maintaining quality and reliability is required.
Strong communication skills are required to align technical work with business priorities.
