What you'll do

Lead the design and architecture of next-generation Replen Order Management Platform for scalability, robustness, and security.
Build and deploy cutting-edge solutions at scale, impacting Walmart associates and customers internationally.
Collaborate with global engineering teams to share expertise and contribute to technical community initiatives.
Partner with Product Management and Business teams to set priorities and deliver impactful products through tough negotiations.
Implement advanced AI models and algorithms on massive datasets for operational excellence.

What we're looking for

15+ years experience designing and developing scalable distributed applications, especially multi-tenant SaaS products.
Proven leadership as an architect for large engineering teams (50+ engineers).
Deep expertise in supply chain/replenishment/core retail domains.
Demonstrated leadership in AI initiatives with PoCs or implementations.
Hands-on experience with microservices, RESTful web services, and cloud-native architectures.
Proficiency in Java, SPARK, Golang, and familiarity with Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong fundamentals in computer science including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
