As a Distinguished Software Engineer in Bank Tech’s Solutions Engineering team, you will serve as the technical authority and hands-on contributor across multiple high-priority initiatives, providing architectural guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to a diverse engineering team. What we're looking for
At least 10 years of software engineering experience with broad exposure across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and application development.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction in a consulting or professional services model where context-switching is frequent.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud computing and multiple programming languages (Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript).
Proven track record of building relationships and influencing technical decisions across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
Experience working in regulated environments, understanding compliance requirements, and managing enterprise-scale systems.
Expertise in at least one of the following: serverless architectures, event-driven systems, observability platforms, ML/AI pipelines, automated testing frameworks.
