What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Demonstrated hands-on coding expertise with the ability to own end-to-end implementation from design to production deployment.
Extensive experience leading the design and development of scalable, cloud-native software systems and AI-powered solutions.
Strong expertise in operational excellence, including DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and incident management.
Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities with a focus on platform design and development.
Effective collaboration and mentorship skills to foster engineering excellence across teams.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
