What you'll do

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain tooling to increase engineering velocity and product quality.
Develop foundational web frameworks to interact with Lattice OS services.
Identify and resolve technical friction points within the development infrastructure.
Work across the full stack including front-end, back-end, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
Optimize communication between front-end applications and back-end services.
Mentor fellow engineers on engineering best practices and internal tool usage.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
Experience building production web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript.
Proficiency with modern backend programming languages such as C++, Rust, or Golang.
Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and automated testing.
Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
