What you'll do

  • Lead the strategic vision and execution of payment channel capabilities using APIs, ISO messaging standards, and Swift protocols.
  • Drive measurable commercial outcomes by architecting bespoke client solutions to ensure market differentiation.
  • Define, analyze, and optimize product performance through KPIs, market trend analysis, and client feedback loops.
  • Synthesize complex technical processes into clear strategic narratives for stakeholder buy-in and firm-wide initiatives.
  • Act as a partner to the Sales organization by identifying client needs and providing expert solution recommendations.
  • Ensure all payment channel products comply with relevant regulatory requirements such as AML/KYC and data privacy regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management with leadership in Payments and APIs
  • Expertise in API design and developer experience (DX), including RESTful APIs and developer portals
  • Background in electronic payments, covering ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP, SEPA Instant, and cross-border flows
  • Proven ability to integrate Generative AI solutions within financial services or payments context
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at executive levels and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Understanding of balancing technology innovation with commercial outcomes in a client-centric manner
