What you'll do

  • Oversee client-facing programmatic payment interfaces including APIs, ISO messaging standards, and Swift protocols.
  • Define, analyze, and optimize product performance through KPIs, market trend analysis, and client feedback loops.
  • Synthesize complex technical processes into clear strategic narratives to secure stakeholder buy-in and drive initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Sales organization by identifying client needs and providing expert solution recommendations.
  • Ensure all payment channel products comply with relevant regulatory requirements such as AML/KYC and data privacy regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Payments Product Management with leadership across payment channels
  • Expertise in API design and developer experience (DX), including RESTful APIs and developer portals
  • Background in electronic payments such as ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP, SEPA Instant, and cross-border flows
  • Proven ability to apply or oversee Generative AI solutions within financial services or payments context
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with influence at the executive level
