What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in vehicle dynamics, chassis/driveline performance, brake controls, and calibration.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of TCS algorithms and control philosophies with hands-on calibration experience on production programs.
  • Proven leadership skills to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams without administrative authority.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities for complex issues in vehicle dynamics and performance.
  • Fluent use of in-vehicle development tools such as INCA, NeoVI, Matlab/Simulink, and CarSim.
  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field required; MS preferred with additional experience.
