Senior Calibration Technical Specialist - Active Chassis

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership for calibration within the product area and serve as a key voice in architecture discussions.
• Develop and institutionalize common approaches in Calibration Standard Work, including procedures and deliverables.
• Improve efficiency by transitioning vehicle-based tasks to virtual simulation environments like HiL and SiL.
• Mentor and train Calibration Engineers, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Support calibration engineers to resolve issues during development and production, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience in vehicle dynamics and chassis/driveline performance.
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong physics-based knowledge of vehicle dynamics, brake systems, and tire performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without administrative authority.
• Fluent with in-vehicle development tools such as INCA and NeoVI.
• Strong experience with Matlab/Simulink and virtual development environments.
• High level of analytical problem-solving skills for complex issues.
