The Core Engineering-New York-Vice President-AI Product Manager - Enterprise Platforms & Workflow Transformation joins the Core Engineering team to lead the strategy, development, and adoption of AI-powered capabilities across enterprise platforms and business workflows. This individual will identify opportunities to apply generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration technologies to transform operations in areas like Human Resources, Finance, Expense Management, Procurement, Risk, and Compliance. The role involves defining product roadmaps, translating business requirements into technical capabilities, and building scalable horizontal solutions rather than isolated point solutions. Key competencies include deep expertise in enterprise systems such as Oracle or SAP, knowledge of RAG architectures, and experience with large language models. The position focuses on solving complex business process challenges by creating automated, standardized workflows to improve operational effectiveness across the entire organization.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for AI-powered enterprise workflow solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases involving generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements and measurable product outcomes.
  • Develop scalable, cross-functional solutions that serve multiple business units rather than isolated point solutions.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from initial discovery and business case development to delivery and post-launch optimization.
  • Establish success metrics and monitor adoption rates to refine products based on performance data.
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions while ensuring security and compliance.
  • Create executive communications, investment proposals, and roadmap presentations for senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI, automation, workflow, or enterprise platform solutions at scale.
  • Domain expertise in Human Resources, Finance, or Expense Management.
  • Proven experience redesigning business processes and operating models through technology, automation, and AI.
  • Experience gathering requirements from senior stakeholders and translating them into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Oracle and/or SAP platforms (preferred).
  • Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI platforms, RAG architectures, and workflow orchestration frameworks (preferred).
