Test Engineer - SWS Test Admin

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain long-range test schedules and plans aligned with SWS Test playbooks.
• Coordinate and develop test documentation for multiple hulls based on program goals and ship conditions.
• Track ship installation progress to align the issuance of test addendums.
• Review and certify test procedures, including Form Certification in SWS Interactive Test Procedures.
• Monitor Test Procedures, Test Change Incorporation (TCI), and Test Certification processes.
• Align Test Inspection Reports (TIR) with associated test documentation by working with installation trades.
• Support the development of test equipment drawings.
• Verify that all test documentation complies with ITRO and SWSTEP requirements.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with formal certification processes or configuration-controlled documentation.
• Experience developing or maintaining technical drawings, test equipment diagrams, or supporting documents.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DOD security clearance and Common Access Card (CAC).
• Strong technical knowledge of submarine test programs.
• Advanced understanding of EB systems including PCM, Artemis, CPRS, ITP, MRPII, Teamcenter, EB7G, and Microsoft Office.
• SWS Program experience or prior related military experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with shipyard trades, construction processes, and system installation progress tracking (preferred).
