Technology Sr. Mgr, Change Mgmt & Comms

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise and large-scale change management strategies for Commercial IT programs.
• Develop and execute integrated change and communications plans for technology transformations.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to align change activities with strategic objectives.
• Oversee development of executive-level communications materials to support leadership decision-making.
• Identify change risks and design mitigation plans to ensure minimal business disruption.
• Lead and mentor change management and communications resources, including vendors and teams.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in change management or transformation leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies for diverse audiences.
• Experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Prior people leadership or indirect team leadership experience preferred.
• Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent) preferred.
