What we're looking for

  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in IT vendor management, sourcing, or technology services.
  • Proven experience managing strategic IT vendors in a global enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery models and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations and cost optimization.
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills including coaching and talent development.
