Sr. Manager Change Mgmt. & Training

What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations.
• Conduct organization readiness assessments to identify risks and gaps in project execution.
• Design stakeholder engagement frameworks to ensure alignment across key discussions and decisions.
• Partner with process leads to develop business readiness and cutover plans for successful platform migration.
• Ensure effective communication strategies are in place to manage organizational change and gather feedback.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in change management and training roles for enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems like ERP and supply chain platforms.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and organizational readiness practices.
• Requires deep understanding of Medical Devices Supply Chain and proficiency in change management frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
