What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in change management and training roles for enterprise initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems like ERP and supply chain platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and organizational readiness practices.
  • Requires deep understanding of Medical Devices Supply Chain and proficiency in change management frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
