TL;DR · Vice President, Technology Risk Agentic Engineer Technical Lead

As a Vice President within the Engineering organization, you will lead the design and development of production-grade agentic AI systems to automate complex business and cybersecurity workflows. You will build scalable systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step workflows while establishing architecture patterns that balance AI reasoning with deterministic software for reliability and auditability. Your daily work involves building reusable platform capabilities for orchestration, memory, tool integration, observability, and governance. You will utilize Python, AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudWatch to develop secure integrations with internal platforms and data sources. The role requires expertise in large language models, retrieval systems, and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain to solve automation challenges within a highly regulated environment while mentoring engineers and driving technical strategy across the firm.

  • Drive engineering best practices across software development, deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple high-priority initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Extensive experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems, cloud-native applications, or enterprise software platforms.
  • Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using LLMs, tool integration, retrieval systems, and workflow orchestration frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices including APIs, testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
  • Experience building solutions on AWS using services like Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudWatch.
