Technology Manager

What you'll do

• Drive the local technology architecture for Revolut's platforms.
• Implement IT and data strategies including new setups and ongoing transformations.
• Shape customer migrations to ensure smooth transitions.
• Oversee IT governance frameworks and represent the IT function in group committees and to the Board.
• Coordinate transformation programs, migration projects, and operational model setups.
• Build a global, reliable, and scalable technology ecosystem.
• Ensure platforms operate in compliance with local regulatory requirements and security standards.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in a role involving IT architecture in finance.
• Familiarity with Peruvian regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk.
• Experience with IT systems and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience building or scaling the technology function of a financial services institution or fintech (preferred).
• Relevant industry-recognized certifications such as CCMP, ITIL, ITSM, or PMP (preferred); proficiency in SQL (preferred).
