What you'll do

• Coordinate UAE infrastructure and network workstreams to ensure operational readiness.
• Support the Head of Technology in driving local data localization programs.
• Manage technology risk and compliance execution, including evidence collection and remediation follow-ups.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with technology control requirements across various domains.
• Provide regular technology-related updates to stakeholders on risks, decisions, and timelines.
• Identify and manage potential impact and risks for technology dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement post-launch through recurring service reviews and incident action tracking.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in tech risk management or operational resilience within financial services.
• Deep understanding of UAE payment rails and integrations, including card schemes and acquiring networks.
• Proven project management skills with IT project delivery experience in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of technology controls across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and third-party services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and regulatory interactions.
• Basic understanding of AWS/GCP, networking fundamentals, and SDLC to review designs and drive implementation.
