  • Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple technology layers, analyzing logs and metrics.

What we're looking for

  • 24x7 incident management and remediation experience in a mission-critical environment.
  • Strong background in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management.
  • Experience with change management, including CAB reviews and rollback plans.
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining monitoring dashboards and alerting strategies.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, database, and network layers.
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery, failover testing, and system resiliency validation.
  • Ability to automate manual operational processes and improve incident response efficiency.
