What you'll do

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in incident management and remediation.
- Proficient in root cause analysis (RCA) for high-impact incidents.
- Experience with change management, including CAB reviews and testing.
- Strong skills in monitoring, alerting, and observability tool usage.
- Capable of troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, database layers.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, failover testing, and system resiliency.
- Background in automation to improve operational efficiency and incident response.
