  • Develop monitoring dashboards and alerting strategies to reduce noise and improve signal quality.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across application, infrastructure, database, and network layers.

What we're looking for

  • - 3+ years of experience in incident management and remediation.
  • - Proficient in root cause analysis (RCA) for high-impact incidents.
  • - Experience with change management, including CAB reviews and testing.
  • - Strong skills in monitoring, alerting, and observability tool usage.
  • - Capable of troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, database layers.
  • - Knowledge of disaster recovery, failover testing, and system resiliency.
  • - Background in automation to improve operational efficiency and incident response.
