You will collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for retail, small business, and commercial banking. The position requires proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Go, along with experience in Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS tools. You will solve complex business problems by developing modular, resilient, and secure engineering solutions that power critical real-time technology for various banking lines of business.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
Develop distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
Build robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services.
Utilize Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Go for software development.
Implement container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes.
Manage and integrate open source RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share technical expertise.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
7+ years of experience in at least one of Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or Go (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
1+ years of people management experience (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
