What you'll do

Manage EHR interface projects from requirements gathering through testing, launch, and transition to support.
Document clinical workflows, interface requirements, data mappings, project decisions, risks, and timelines.
Analyze HL7 messages and troubleshoot interface failures, missing data, routing issues, and workflow problems.
Investigate support requests, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with vendors and technical teams.
Create and update interface specifications, troubleshooting guides, support procedures, and test plans.
Coordinate testing and validate that interfaces meet documented requirements after changes or fixes.
Monitor recurring issues and recommend improvements to interface reliability and support processes.

What we're looking for

Applicants must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience managing EHR interface projects from requirements gathering through testing and launch is required.
Experience documenting clinical workflows, interface requirements, data mappings, and project risks is required.
Experience analyzing HL7 messages and troubleshooting interface failures is required.
Experience creating technical documentation such as interface specifications and troubleshooting guides is required.
Experience with interface engines and HL7 message types such as ADT, ORM, or ORU (preferred).
Experience with FHIR APIs, clinical terminology, incident tracking, and change management (preferred).
