What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.
Basic understanding of troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Fluency in English.
Exposure to programming languages like Java or Python (preferred); understanding of software development concepts and system integration (preferred).
